The main floor features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dinning, laundry room and garage. There are exterior cameras.
Zen Den is designed to be fun, comfortable, and respectful of our neighbors. Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance and may include an additional fee. The maximum occupancy is 8 guests at all times, and only registered guests are permitted on the property. No unapproved visitors, parties, or events are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and excessive noise may result in cancellation without refund.
We ask that all entertainment equipment be treated with care. Please do not move equipment, furniture, or mirrors. Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear and must report issues immediately.
Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is not permitted inside the home. No illegal drug use of any kind is prohibited on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250 or more. Parking is limited to the driveway; please do not block the street or bring oversized vehicles without prior approval. Exterior security cameras are installed for safety and occupancy monitoring, and tampering with them is prohibited
Before checkout, please load and start the dishwasher. Gather used towels, strip all used beds, and place in the laundry room. Please start a load of towels before you leave. Gather all the trash out of the kitchen and bathrooms, put liners back in the cans , and put in the outdoor trash bins. Make sure all appliances, fans, T.V.’s and lights are off before you lock the door on your way out. . We do not expect deep cleaning, but excessive mess may result in additional fees. Please use appliances as intended, do not disable smoke detectors, avoid open flames or candles, and keep thermostat settings between 68-72. Accidents happen just communicate with us so we can address concerns quickly and keep your stay stress-free.
